Delivery Timeline for Domestic :
In the case of multiple products under your order, the products can be shipped in parts or together and the delivery duration will be any single or combo order is 7-10 business days, depending on the location in India. Shipping is done through respectable logistics companies but Payal herbal will not be liable for delays due to natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic or any situation beyond our control.

Shipping is done through respectable logistics companies but Payal herbal will not be liable for delays due to natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic or any situation beyond our control.
Communication

Courier Charges for Domestic**
Shipping Charges are as given below:

*251Rs. To 500Rs. = 98Rs.
*501Rs. To 998Rs. = 148Rs.
However, If Order value is more than *999Rs. Then Courier charges will pay by Seller (PAYALS HERBAL LLP) and this amount will be waived off for customer.
Dispute Resolution
Either party may refer such dispute for final resolution by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The Tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator appointed by PAYAL HERBAL LLP. The arbitration proceedings shall be held at Ghaziabad. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
Subject to the above, the Courts at Ghaziabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Governing Law
The validity, construction and enforceability of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and other policies shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
