Refund policy (for Domestic) 

Orders once confirmed, can be cancelled by mailing on payalherballlp@gmail.com.
All requests for returns/exchange shall be scrutinized in detail by PAYALS HERBAL LLP in accordance with its policies and practices. PAYALS HERBAL LLP shall not have any obligation to accept the return/exchange of products delivered, but it may accept requests for returns/exchange at its discretion.
In case a request for return/exchange of products is approved by PAYALS HERBAL LLP, the products will be picked up at the delivery address to which the products were originally delivered by PAYALS HERBAL LLP.
Refunds are issued within 7-8 working days of request processing for eligible purchases.
In the event that your request for return of a product is approved, PAYALS HERBAL LLP will issue aCredit Note to your PAYALS HERBAL LLP account of the same value as the amount paid by you for the product that is returned. In the event that your request for exchange of a product is approved, PAYALS HERBAL LLP will facilitate the exchange for the product supplied to you.

Any return requests for Domestic have to be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of product.

Refund policy (for International) 

The prices of Products for International orders on our website are shown in F.O.B. (FREE ON BOARD). All the taxes and duties are additional and it will be borne by customer.No product will be exchanged or no returns will be collected. 
Refunds are issued within 7-8 working days of request processing for eligible purchases.
