Shipping policy

In the case of multiple products under your order, the products can be shipped in parts or together and the delivery duration will be 7-10 business days depending on the location. Shipping is done through respectable logistics companies but Payalherbal will not be liable for delays due to natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic or any situation beyond our control.

Communication

When you visit our website, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number and e-mail address while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications (including transactional, promotional and/or commercial messages), from us with respect to your use of the website and/or your order placed on the website.

Amendments

We reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms of Use in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). 

Severability

If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining portion of these Terms of Use.

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. 

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Courier Charges**

Shipping Charges are as given below:

However If Order value is more than *999Rs. Than Courier charges will pay by Seller (PAYALS HERBAL LLP) and this amount waived for customer.

Dispute Resolution 

Either party may refer such dispute for final resolution by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The Tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator appointed by PAYAL HERBAL LLP. The arbitration proceedings shall be held at Ghaziabad. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. 

Subject to the above, the Courts at Ghaziabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Governing Law 

The validity, construction and enforceability of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and other policies shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 

Refund policy

Orders once confirmed, can be cancelled by mailing on payalherbal@gmail.com.

All requests for returns/exchange shall be scrutinized in detail by PAYALS HERBAL LLP in accordance with its policies and practices. PAYALS HERBAL LLP shall not have any obligation to accept the return/exchange of products delivered, but it may accept requests for returns/exchange at its discretion.
In case a request for return/exchange of products is approved by PAYALS HERBAL LLP, the products will be picked up at the delivery address to which the products were originally delivered by PAYALS HERBAL LLP.
 
In the event that your request for return of a product is approved, PAYALS HERBAL LLP will issue a Credit Note to your Payals herbal llp account of the same value as the amount paid by you for the product that is returned. In the event that your request for exchange of a product is approved, PAYALS HERBAL LLP will facilitate the exchange for the product supplied to you.
 
In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong customer name, shipping address, telephone no., mobile no. or wrong pin code provided by the customer at the time of placing order, we will charge from the customer the additional charges as provided in shipping policy (Please find above). ** The shipping and return charges will be borne by the customer and the re-courier charges will also be borne by customer. The order package cannot be cancelled after attempted delivery and neither will a credit note be issued for the same.

We will try our best to stick to the colors of the products on our website. However, one must take note that computer displays often vary from screen to screen and what is rendered on one computer screen sometimes looks slightly different on another computer screen. As a result, what you might receive might look slightly different in terms of texture, design or color. This perceived difference, if any, will be because of the differences in screen color rendering.
 
Any return requests have to be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of product.
